operation the skin, the pulp and the juice of the grapes.

The Ministerial Authorization for the production of Grape Distillate (Ministerial Decree 20.10.84) is granted upon specific request of the Noninos.

The success of this distillate over the years has been such as to induce Italian and foreign distillers to follow the Nonino model.

Grape distillate embodies the elegance of wine distillate and the character of grappa.

ÙE is synonymous with grapes in the Friulian language, this is where the name of the most famous grappa in the world from the best distillery in the world 2019 comes from.

Fermentation in purity in anaerobic environment in stainless steel vats, immediately followed by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.

The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the perfumes, a correct evaporation and consequent condensation while keeping the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen vine intact.
