Rhum Barbancourt 8 years and 5 stars is an agricultural rum, that is, produced directly from the fermentation of fresh sugar cane juice and not from molasses.

Rum Barbancourt has been expertly produced in Haiti, from generation to generation, since 1862.

It is produced in the state of Haiti, from pure sugar cane juice, from a double distillation with Charentais stills and from an 8-year aging in white oak barrels.

Barbancourt special reserve rum is aged 8 years in Limousin oak barrels, in the cellars of Domaine Barbancourt, in Haiti: it is in these barrels that its unique flavor develops, the result of the delicate dosage of the sun and the soil of Haiti.

This is the new version, the bottle changes, now in dark glass, but the excellent Barbancourt 8 years remains!

Tasting Notes:

View: Amber color.

Perfumes: with an intense aroma of vanilla, walnut and tobacco, notes of dry leaves, hints of grapes.

Taste: The palate is full, intense and very structured. The long finish reveals hints of dried fruit with acacia honey.
