Gin Vento di Pilzer is a gin produced in Trentino by the Pilzer company, a very particular gin obtained from the infusion in alcohol of about 15 botanicals hand-picked in the Cembra valley and lemons from Lake Garda from the Limonaia del Garda Ecomuseum in Tignale .

Distillation is very different from that of Grappa or fruit brandies.

Finally, the great patience in waiting and as always, do not dilute the distillate immediately.

Gin vento di Pilzer a pure distillate, from the forest, complex but not too artificial, something that recalls the territories of the Dolomites, Trentino, accompanied by lemon fragrances.

Juniper berries other herbs combined with other peels and herbs that do not grow in the woods of Trentino but are essential to give the right complexity to the Gin.
