The Jim Beam Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a whiskey produced with a mashbill containing 77% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley, this single barrel is the main bourbon used for the famous Jim Beam White & Black, the difference is that the single barrel of this product was hand selected by Fred Noe, Jim Beam's Master Distiller and represents a selection of less than 1% of the distillery's production.
This American bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels and bottled without age definition at 47.5%.

Taste: On the palate it is creamy, with the lengo clearly evident but perfectly integrated into the sip. Sweet finish reminiscent of oak.
