Distilled in 2007 in the heart of Belize, this single cask was discovered by Max Righi within a batch of barrels, and immediately upon first tasting it was of superior quality.

Bottled in 2023 at 15 years of age in the prestigious Silver Seal series dedicated to classic cartography, at the full alcohol content of 51.5%.

It is a classic Spanish-style rum that is unfiltered and aged in a tropical climate in used ex-bourbon barrels.

Thus is born a rum of the highest quality, ethereal, elegant, balanced but tasty, amazing!

The production of this Silver Seal Belize Rum 15 years is very limited to only 302 bottles.

Bottled without the addition of water at full strength 51.5%, Silver Seal Belize rum is so good that it can be drunk without diluting it.

Tasting Notes:

Color: gold, straw yellow.

Perfumes: on the nose they are mostly floral and fruity with tones of citrus and vanilla. Very rich without becoming too edgy.

Taste: The palate experiences rich malts, a toffee paired with lime and freshly whipped cream with honey and ripe melons.

In the finish: soft sweetness mixed with oak wood that lingers for a long time.
