The Macallan has launched a new series of limited editions, the Harmony range.

The Harmony collection should be the series that replaces the Limited editions, the numbered and colored Pantone releases.

The Harmony Macallan will be dedicated to the study of particular harmonious combinations between selected Macallan whiskey barrels and gastronomic elements that elicit sensorial notes.

The Harmony collection is enriched with Macallan intense arabica.

A single malt with strong aromas of roasted coffee notes and a hint of smoke.

This Single Malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean, the first species of coffee to be cultivated.

Aging takes place in carefully selected American and European ex-Sherry oak barrels, whose peculiar notes evoke a sweet but strong espresso.

To create the Single Malt Whiskey The Harmony Collection Inspired by Intense Arabica, many coffee experts were involved who, playing with peating and aging, created a perfect whiskey in combination with coffee.

The Harmony Collection Whiskey Inspired by Intense Arabica Macallan, in the tasting presents espresso coffee as a distinctive flavour, accompanied by flavors of sweet oak, tiramisu and dark chocolate and offers a delicious pairing experience between whiskey and coffee, to complete the pairing you can accompany it with some salty popcorn.

A modern Macallan is born, with a studied and expert use of woods, designed at the table and created with the caliber, but which perfectly manages to replicate the pleasure of coffee with chocolate and custard, without exceeding either in spices or notes toasted, nor sweet.

Macallan is consciously focusing on sustainability.

The packaging is made from fruit shells and coffee waste that would otherwise go unused. It is 100% recyclable.

Very few bottles released for this new limited edition Macallan Harmony Intense Arabica, the number is not declared but they are now all sold out.
