This Yoichi No Age Aromatic Yeast limited edition 2022 whiskey is created from a mix of various barrels of different ages all coming from the Yoichi distillery on the island of Hokkaido.

On the nose, Yoichi No Age Aromatic Yeast whiskey is young with notes of wood, smoke, herbal peat, apple, pear, melon, mint, lily, coconut cream.

On the palate Yoichi No Age Aromatic Yeast whiskey discovers peat with a hint of notes of sea salt, green herbs, ripe barley, earthy peat, summer flowers and Mirabelle plums.
