Here is the novelty of the Macallan Harmony collection, the result of the collaboration between Macallan and the sisters Stella and Mary McCartney, which celebrates the rich and fertile landscapes of Scotland.

The Macallan has launched a new series of limited editions, the Harmony range.

The Harmony collection should be the series that replaces the Limited editions, the numbered and colored Pantone releases.

The Harmony Macallan will be dedicated to the study of particular harmonious combinations between selected Macallan whiskey barrels and gastronomic elements that elicit sensorial notes.

The Harmony collection is enriched with the Macallan Amber Meadow.

A single malt with delicate floral aromas, this unique whiskey symbolizes the fusion of creativity and innovation, drawing inspiration from the McCartney sisters' idyllic childhood memories of the amber meadows of the Scottish countryside.

“Amber Meadow” is the third limited edition of the Harmony series, bringing with it a delightful mix of memories, art and nature and marks the first joint collaboration of the McCartney sisters, who have combined their talents to celebrate and commemorate local culture.

"Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow" is made from a blend of single malt whiskeys aged in Xeres oak barrels and ex-bourbon barrels.

This different maturation method creates a complex expression, which captures the essence of Scotland's natural meadows.

The whiskey has a rich and fragrant finish, characterized by vibrant citrus notes, strongly reminiscent of the warm meadows and ripe barley fields of Scotland.

A modern Macallan is born, with a studied and expert use of woods, thought out at the table and created with the caliber, but which perfectly manages to replicate the pleasure of the scents of spring, without exceeding either in spices, or in green notes, or in sweetness .

Macallan is consciously focusing on sustainability.

The packaging is made from fruit shells and scraps that would otherwise go unused. It is 100% recyclable.

Very few bottles released for this new limited edition Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow, the number is not declared but they are now all sold out.

Tasting Notes:

Color: straw yellow, gold.

Perfumes: complex combining hints of white flowers accompanied by notes of orange, lemon, honeysuckle and vanilla with coconut and ripe barley fields.

Taste: A harmonious blend of richness and sweetness on the palate. Oak, lemon, melon, almond and green tea combine to produce a lingering, smooth finish.
