An ambitious project for a modern pipe featuring a reverse calabash-style cooling chamber, the Reverse line is the result of the Talamona team's passion for slow smoking.

The Poker Reverse is the result of careful study of both the poker barrel shape and the smoke expansion chamber.

The flat bottom of the Poker shape is perfect for the pipe's stability.

The barrel shape allows for a well-sized bowl, suitable for broken flake or ribbon tobaccos with a good shoulder, insulating from the high temperatures that develop during combustion.

The smoke expansion chamber, known as the reverse calabash, cools, dries, and softens the smoke.

The color of the sandblasted briar and the short mouthpiece make the Talamona Reverse sandblasted poker-shaped pipe very elegant.

The term "reverse calabash" refers to a construction variant of the calabash: it retains the purpose of separating and cooling the smoke but reverses/inverts the arrangement of some elements (e.g., the position of the chamber insert, shank, or section of duct with respect to the outer body), resulting in a different airflow path that can affect draw, performance, and balance. There is no single standard: the term describes a construction principle rather than a single shape.
