Long Pond Cambridge STCE 2005 is part of the National Rum of Jamaica series, which released authentic Jamaican rum.

The Pure Single Rum Long Pond STCE 2005 is produced in one part of a blend of 10 bars of 2005 ex-bourbon distillation and infused in Jamaica in an entirely tropical climate until 2023.

Cambridge STCE 2005, Jamaican rum distilled and infused in Trelawny in the historic Long Pond distillery, in Pot Still of the Double Retort type, and was infused for 18 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

STCE is a Cambridge Estate distillery brand, produced in 1947, distilled from Long Pond.

The Continental Flavored style falls within the four classification used in Jamaica, and identifies rums with 700/1600 gr/hlpa at the time of distillation.

The angelic share is > 75%.

Perfumes: The nose is full and enveloping, Notes of acacia honey combined with vanilla and caramel with its aromas of exotic fruit and floral hints.

Taste: On the palate it is immediately warm and light-bodied, with a finish of caramelized fruit flavors and a pleasant touch of crunchy apple.
