The Isle of Raasay Distillery draws inspiration from Raasay's extraordinary geological diversity, its unique water source and the island's coastline.

A fusion of tradition and contemporary thinking, craftsmanship and design, where only the island's finest Raasay Juniper is hand-harvested with the help of local botanist Dr. Stephen Bungard.

A perfect balance of flavors is created by distilling and evaporating the juniper with some selected botanicals to preserve its liveliness.

At the Raasay distillery they distill the botanical components separately so as to be able to preserve only the "heart" of the distillation of each component which is then carefully mixed.

Botanicals: Raasay Juniper, Sweet Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Rhubarb, Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Licorice, Orris Root, Cube Pepper.

The Raasay small batch gin is ideal to taste straight, in restaurants it pairs perfectly with cheeses.
