Raasay single malt batch R-01.2 lightly peated, a novelty for fans of peated Scottish malts.
The flagship of the distillery is this Isle of Raasay single malt whisky.
To compose it, distilled malts from the Isle of Raasay are used, which include peated and unpeated whiskey and are matured separately in different types of barrels.
These include six casks which contribute to the versatility and complexity of the whisky, which is known for its pure elegance and deep character.
Every drop of this whiskey is produced on the Isle of Raasay, distilled, matured and bottled using water from its own well, the "Tobar na Ba Bàine" which translated means: the well of the pale cow.
This whiskey is bottled without the addition of artificial colors and does not undergo cold filtration. This decision ensures the natural color and integrity of the whisky.
