Finally available the new Italian, Tuscan single malt whiskey Florentis produced by Chioccioli Altadonna of Winestillery ex Vin Santo small batch version of the famous Tuscan single malt with 47 degrees.

The Florentis Vin Santo wine cask single malt full strength is a single malt created by the Winestillery with the new Frilli still, Winestillery, famous for its highly fragrant Italian gins active in the city of Florence and created by the Chioccioli Altadonna family famous for its Tuscan wines.

The Florentis Vin Santo wine cask single malt is produced from highly selected Italian raw materials.

Made with Italian barley, rye and wheat, and enriched with water from the Fiora Springs.

The process includes a spontaneous fermentation lasting six days, the use of a "Frilli" type pot still, a hybrid copper still and a single discontinuous distillation.

Florentis whiskey is then refined in small Tuscan oak barriques which previously contained vin santo, a very high quality Tuscan fortified wine produced by the Chioccioli Altadonna company.

In this case the aging is in small batches, a refinement that perfectly oxygenates the whiskey giving it more full-bodied and soft, intense and pastry-like aromas.

A highly fragrant Italian single malt whiskey is born, which embodies artisanal excellence and dedication to tradition, offering a unique and authentic experience in the world of global whisky.

One thing is certain, however, if you like classic single malts aged in ex sherry cask, soft and fragrant, you could discover a little jewel.

Tasting Notes:

Color: antique gold.

Aroma: very intense, with notes of white fruit, peaches, spices, vanilla and raisins in syrup.

Palate: again delicate white fruit, lots of spices, notes of jasmine, black pepper, butter biscuits. Fresh and balanced.

Finish: panforte, blueberry jam, licorice.

Tuscan whiskey Florentis Vin Santo Cask can be combined with a good cigar or salted chocolate, a heavenly combination!
