One of a kind, this Sherry Pedro Ximénez Valdespino El Cantado dances in the mouth, fine and elegant, different from other products of the same kind, due to the low alcohol content obtained in a completely natural way.

The wine is produced from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, harvested by hand and collected in boxes, where it remains for at least 21 days exposed to the sun dehydrating, to the point that from each ton of fresh grapes only 300 kg of dried grapes are obtained.

The grapes were laid out on special mats in the sun to help evaporate and increase the sugar level, so it is a sweet style, bright when chilled.

Valdespino sherry is great on ice cream, over peaches, in a veal stew or simply on its own.

Valdespino El Cantado sherry can be paired with excellent cigars and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep amber.

Aromas: A very complex aroma of dried figs, dates, chestnut honey, mocha and walnuts emerges on the nose.

Taste: The sip is intense and pleasant, marked by balanced tasting notes and an aftertaste corresponding to what was perceived on the nose.
