The 2023 edition of a series of annual releases of the famous Springbank Local Barley single malt, distilled in June 2010 and bottled in December 2023.

The barley is grown on the Kintyre peninsula, on a nearby farm called Glencraigs and harvested at peak ripeness.

The barley from the local farm, after a traditional floor malting, is carefully distilled in Pot Stills and then cask-aged.

Matured for 13 years, it is an assembly of 80% ex-bourbon barrels and 20% ex-sherry barrels.
It was produced in only 8400 bottles at a natural strength of 54.1%.
