The Peterson Kildare series of Irish pipes was born as a variation of the popular Aran series.
Kildare presents the shapes of the Classic range in a smooth finish in a timeless medium walnut color, further characterized by large sterling silver ferrules along the shank.
Here we have a novelty among the Peterson shapes, a light Peterson Kildare 3070 pipe pannel prince shape with a long palatal mouthpiece P-lip.
Made of briar colored polished walnut it has a pannel prince shape called 3070 with a 925 silver ferrule that stands out and makes this pipe unique.
The Peterson 3070 shape is new and combines the unusual prince shape with the straight Pannel shape with a sturdy shank embellished with the large ferrule marked Peterson Dublin.
The Irishman Charles Peterson began producing briar pipes and in 1890 he discovered the famous reservoir system.
It is a reservoir in the stem under the head that has the task of keeping the tobacco dry.
All the humidity – this is the goal – is conveyed into the reservoir.
Peterson's pipes, personally and exclusively handcrafted, are the result of long and patient work at the headquarters south of Dublin, where one of the oldest pipe factories in the world is located: Peterson of Dublin.
Characteristic of Peterson pipes is the classic, harmonious shape, the elegance and practicality of use, the high yield in smoking.
They are carved in the most select and precious seasoned briar.
Note in this model the elegance generated by the Peterson 3070 Pannel prince shape and the combination of the shiny walnut-colored briar with the silver ring that enhances the entire body of the pipe.
The external finish may vary slightly from the image as each Peterson briar pipe is unique.
The variations are only in the shades of the briar, the measurements and shape do not vary.
