Tasting Notes:

Color: dark gold, almost coppery.

Aroma: On the nose Caol Ila 2015 100 proof sherry oloroso finish batch 3 Wilson & Morgan welcomes us with an elegant peat smoke, we have notes of apple, raisins, dark chocolate and leather with hints of citrus and cinnamon.

Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, slightly dry, with the peat smoke more present than on the nose, we have notes of blood orange, raisins, cinnamon, black pepper and hints of ash and bonfires on the beach.

Finish: The finish is lively, long and persistent, we have notes of black pepper and cinnamon, then pickled olives, citrus and the classic marine and ash notes of Caol Ila.
