This exclusive bottling excites with its unique maturation in an innovative combination of Bourbon, Octave, and Calvados casks.
This Islay single malt is produced from barley grown by the distillery itself—a farm in the westernmost fields of the island of Islay, which are therefore most exposed to the salty Atlantic winds.
It is malted and peated directly on the farm with local peat.
It is then aged for 13 years in a mix of ex-bourbon barrels (70%), ex-bourbon octaves (100-liter, 20%), and ex-Calvados (10%).
The result is a whisky that impresses with juicy fruit notes, intense sweetness, and fresh aromas, perfectly complemented by Kilchoman's characteristic maritime peat smoke.
Limited to just 267 bottles, hand-numbered, and bottled at 50% ABV.
