Here is finally the second edition in the series of single casks for the Italian market dedicated to the main Italian cities: this second release is the Rome Edition, and bears on the label two symbols such as the Colosseum and the Dome of St. Peter.
The single cask 927, distilled in Kilchoman from barley malted at 50 ppm in 2016, spent 5 years in an ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel before spending a second maturation of 3 years in an ex-Port barrel, which gave it a truly incredible color.
Limited edition of only 267 bottles, numbered by hand, and bottled at the full degree of 54.9%.
