Marolo's "Après" Grappa is an extra-aged Moscato Bianco grappa, aged for 5 years in barrels that previously held Moscato di Pantelleria fortified wine.
Marolo's "Après" Moscato Grappa 5 Years is a distillate in which Moscato ideally unites, in a single sip, northern and southern Italy.
It is obviously made from the pomace of the grape grown in Piedmont, but, once the process is complete, the grappa is aged in barriques that previously held another type of Moscato, Moscato di Pantelleria, which imparts a greater aroma and a slightly almondy flavor.
An elegant label born from a brilliant intuition, once again demonstrating Marolo's clarity in consistently making compelling choices.
"Après" 5 Anni di Marolo is a Moscato Grappa made from the freshest Moscato Bianco pomace, distilled using stills that operate with small steam boilers, slower than industrial continuous distillers but capable of ensuring greater smoothness and complexity in the final product.
The production process is carefully monitored by the distillery team.
Once the Grappa is obtained, it is transferred to barriques from Sicily, which previously housed Moscato di Pantelleria, to age for a total of 5 years before being bottled and released for sale.
Marolo Après grappa di moscato 5 anni is considered among the best artisanal grappas produced in Italy.
