Each gin in the Selvatiq collection tells the story of an extreme territory: from the peaks of the Himalayas to the wild coasts of Sardinia, to the desert expanses of Utah.

Selvatiq's Wild London Dry Gin Desert is one of three expressions that make up this brand's offering and, as its name suggests, embodies the essence of the Utah desert, the source of all the botanicals used to produce it.

Starting with Osteosperma juniper, which develops distinctive aromas growing in extreme conditions, it adds the pleasant bitterness of Artemisia tridentata, aromatic white sage, and finally refreshing sumac.

The botanicals are selected and hand-picked by local experts when they reach their peak aromatic concentration.

They are then transported and distilled in a historic Italian distillery using the London Dry method, preserving all the unique characteristics of the raw materials.

Desert Gin is made from Osteosperma juniper – Juniperus Osteosperma – which grows in exceptional conditions in the desert expanses of Utah, USA, and is harvested in September, when the aromatic concentration is at its highest.

The other ingredients are also wild botanicals from the area, all hand-picked by local experts: sagebrush – Artemisia tridentata – and white sage are particularly noteworthy.

Distillation takes place in an ancient Italian distillery, where the precious botanicals are processed using the London Dry method, ensuring a perfectly balanced aromatic bouquet that preserves and enhances the wild essence of each terroir.
