Selvatiq's Wild London Dry Gin Mediterranean is one of three expressions that make up this brand's offering and, as its name suggests, embodies the essence of the Italian Mediterranean islands from which all the botanicals used to produce it originate.

Mediterranean Gin is made from the Coccolone juniper – Juniperus Oxycedrus - L. ssp. Macrocarpa – which grows in the rocky, coastal environments, battered by strong winds, between the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera.

The other ingredients are also local botanicals, all hand-selected: fig leaves, wild thyme, bay leaves, bitter bigarade orange, and the precious Sardinian myrtle, which is harvested in January when it reaches its peak aromatics.

The botanicals are selected and picked by hand by expert locals when they reach their peak aromatic concentration.

They are then transported and distilled in a historic Italian distillery using the London Dry method, to preserve all the unique characteristics of the raw materials.
