The ideal bottle to end the evening in the best possible way, sipping a spirit of undisputed quality while chatting about this and that with longtime friends.
Marolo Grappa di Vermentino is made from the pomace of the eponymous grape, sourced from an area where Vermentino consistently produces excellent wines: Tuscany.
The distillery pays particular attention to the selection of the pomace, which arrives very fresh in the cellar, where stills operate with small steam boilers, following the discontinuous method.
Once the grappa is obtained, it is aged for several months in stainless steel containers until bottling begins, followed by its release.
