This pipe is Amorelli's personal reinterpretation of the pot-shaped tobacco pipe. The Sicilian master pipemaker has created a curved pot pipe and embellished it with the San Michele Pen finish and decorations.
The Amorelli San Michele Pen line of pipes is the Sicilian manufacturer's most famous line.
The laser decoration across the entire bowl creates the San Michele Pen effect, also known as combed, which looks like a comb has been run over the briar.
The exclusive Amorelli San Michele Pen finish is a special finish that replaces the traditional sandblasting or rustication processes used by all other tobacco pipe manufacturers.
This finish is handcrafted with a laser that engraves the surface of the tobacco pipe's bowl.
Amorelli pipes, handcrafted exclusively by hand, are the result of long and patient work.
First, the pipe is designed, then cut, and finally smoothed, softened, and polished.
The shape, plasticity, and elegance of this pipe are unparalleled.
The Amorelli pipe featured here, with its curved Pot shape and Penna di San Michele finish, is no exception: a pipe with exceptional smoking characteristics and unparalleled elegance.
The Amorelli Penna di San Michele curved Pot pipe is also distinguished by the distinctive shape of its low, wide bowl, complemented by a muscular, well-proportioned, and curved stem.
Cylindrical Volumes and Bowl: The curved stem is perfectly cylindrical and joins a perfectly cylindrical bowl, elegantly decorated.
This angle lends dynamism to the "Bent Pot" shape and balances its posture.
The bowl or bowl of the pipe follows the dimensions of the bowl and is generously sized in diameter, perfect for long smokes and full-bodied tobaccos.
The Base and Smooth Rim: The base of the pipe is flat, stand-up.
The body of the bowl is enhanced by a laser-cut briar wood with a decorative St. Michael's quill design, finished with a dark, intense color.
The smooth, contrasting negative rim facilitates loading the pipe with tobacco.
Note the polished decoration, the St. Michael's quill designs, carved into the briar.
More than a pipe, it's a painting, with a slender, harmonious, elegant design.
The St. Michael's quill design follows and enhances the shape of the pipe, a sign of the mastery of the Amorelli artisans.
Whether classic or modern, Amorelli pipes are carved from the finest, most select briar.
This briar is marked with three asterisks, indicating high-quality, well-seasoned, and lightweight briar.
Each Amorelli pipe is unique and one-of-a-kind, and the photos you see depict this exclusive pipe.
