J. Bally distillery has been active since the nineteenth century, even if it is starting from 1924 that we can start the modern history of the company, which today produces Rhum agricultural with a high alcohol content, but at the same time very tasteful refined and refined.

It is all thanks to the intuition of the founder Jacques Bally who, for over seventy years, in Carbet - French commune of Martinique and an area of ​​choice for the cultivation of sugar cane - J. Bally produces his beloved and sought after Rhum millesimati .

Bottled normally after six years of aging - period considered as perfect to make the distillate achieve the best aromatic balance - the company sees its Rhum buy very high values ​​with the passage of time, so, excluding the very rare 1966 and 1929 thousand, all the other vintage ones, in particular until the first half of the 80s, have a very high cost, and are much sought after by collectors and lovers of the genre.
