The Colombian Destileràa was founded in 1913 by Don Julio Arango y Parra and is now conducted by his nephew Don Hernan. The rones are distilled in part in discontinuous copper and in part in continuous column. Aged in ex bourbon barrels using the Solera method.
The complexity and harmony of these rones are in our opinion the highest expression currently on the Spanish style market.
