Brooklyn Gin is distilled from wheat and infused with crushed juniper berries, freshly peeled citrus peels and local botanicals.

The Brooklyn Distilling Company was founded in 1895 with the aim of producing spirits from molasses and sugar industry waste, but was closed in the early 1900s. despite this, the company has recently reopened, and now produces the Brooklyn Gin.

Produced in Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, the first authorized New York distillery after the years of prohibition
