Born from an idea by Paolo Dalla Mora, international manager and entrepreneur, creator of Consoolting and founder of the Campamac tavern in Barbaresco, gin Engine celebrates an imaginary made of oil and fuel cans.

The name of this fresh Italian gin produced in Alta Langa with 100% organic ingredients reflects its lively soul and its gritty character: Gin Engine is the fuel that ignites your dreams.

Exceptionally unique, Gin Engine surprises you with its sage and lemon heart that characterizes it and is the sophisticated result of a complex and very modern processing.

Gin Engine distillation is in fact carried out under vacuum, at very low temperatures, thanks to the use of a latest generation rotating evaporator.

The balsamic scents of juniper stand out on the base composed of soft wheat alcohol and water from the Alps and an elegant background of Rosa Damascena, complemented by the fresh notes of lemon zest and the intense aroma of sage.

When tasted, Gin Engine maintains an excellent taste-olfactory correspondence, with a slightly bitter finish given by the sage leaves.

The sweet notes of licorice root, finally, give it a perfect balance.

The distillate is bottled in a patented packaging inspired by the fascinating world of engines.
