Volcán De Mi Tierra takes its name from Volcán de Tequila, a real volcano located in the lowland of Jalisco, Mexico; the eruption of the same volcano, which took place about 200 thousand years ago, gave birth to a particularly fertile soil, rich in basalt and iron, ideal for the cultivation of the blue agave and responsible for those traits that make the Tequila that is born really special in this area.

Tequila Volcán De Mi Tierra owes its complexity to the use of both agave from the highlands and lowlands; in addition, the use of a stone oven, the slow fermentation in wooden barrels and cutting-edge procedures make it possible to produce a Tequila with an unparalleled flavor.

Tequila is obtained from the distillation of a specific variety of agave, the agave azul, or blue agave in the area surrounding the city of Tequila, Mexico.

Agave is still cultivated in the traditional way, with plants reaching an average weight of 70 or 110 kg.
