Knob Creek is an American brand of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Beam Suntory (a subsidiary of Suntory Holdings of Osaka, Japan) at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky.

It is one of four small-batch bourbon brands from Jim Beam aimed at the high-end spirits market.

Its siblings in the line are Booker's, Baker's and Basil Hayden's.

Knob Creek was founded in 1992, in Clermont, Kentucky, guided by a production philosophy that aims to preserve the pleasures of life, those that we often forget in the throes of the hectic routine of everyday life.

The name Knob Creek comes from a small stream that flows south of the distillery, the same stream that flowed near the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln.

The Bourbons produced are made with the same free spirit, care and taste that characterized those produced before the Prohibition era.

The design of the bottles itself conveys that sense of craftsmanship and the atmosphere of the turn of the century, with the label that refers to the sheets of newspaper scribbled with the name of the whiskey that was often glued on the bottles.

And so Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon came to life, the first product launched by the distillery created by Booker Noe, master distiller emeritus for six generations.

A distillate born from an ancient recipe, with corn, rye and barley used in carefully measured proportions, and which today manifests itself in small batches of absolute value, with very few bottles released on the market.

Knob Creek bourbon is subjected to a greater aging than any other small batch Bourbon.
