  In fact, this distillery, in addition to having its own line of products, works on request, creating products that support the ideas of starred chefs, gin enthusiasts and personalities linked to the world of gastronomy.

Gin Seapearl was created by Spirits by Design for Christof Malysse, CEO of Lobster Fish, a leading Belgian company in the distribution of crustaceans and molluscs.

It is created with an infusion of salicornia, commonly known as sea asparagus, and sea buckthorn which, together with oyster meat, contribute to the unique and marine taste of this gin.

Perfumes: Salty notes emerge on the nose that recall a pleasant sea breeze.

Taste: On the palate the sapidity given by the oyster together with the fresh notes of the other botanicals give a very particular taste, which ends in a finish in which the freshness of the lemongrass emerges.
