  • Great gift idea for passionate Scottish whiskey drinkers and collectors.
  • Limited edition of only 18,000 bottles.

Spey Tennè single malt with no indication of aging is one of the rarest single malt whiskeys in Scotland to taste and yet it is very good.

This single malt follows an aging in double barrel: eight years in ex bourbon barrels and is subsequently aged six months in ex porto Tawny cask.

Unknown to the general public yet SPEY single malt, a favorite of British royalty for two hundred years, is the only single malt whiskey designated by the UK's six royal palaces.

The dedication and long-term protection of the traditional craft of beer have allowed SPEY to win two centuries of friendship with the royal family.

The single malt Spey Tennè Tawny port cask is presented in its tall and slender bottle perfect to be given to passionate Scottish whiskey collectors.

A limited edition bottling of SPEY Tennè single malt Scotch whiskey.

This expression was obtained from ex-bourbon and ex-Porto Tawny barrels and was bottled at 46% alcohol.

18,000 bottles were produced.

Spey Tennè is a balanced fruity whiskey with hints of pear, berries and chocolate cherries.

Aged for ten years in Porto Tawny barrels before bottling.

On the palate, aromas of fruit, chocolate, cherries, white pepper and cinnamon are accompanied by strong nuances of red fruits, caramel and cocoa.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark amber, shade similar to a Tokaji dessert wine.

Aromas: light, balanced with notes of cherries.

Taste: slightly oily, but with a delicate consistency. Delicate fruit flavor, it is combined with an initial spicy note of white pepper.

Final: Balanced, long finish, slightly nuanced.
