During aging, St. James rum loses 35% of the product.
In addition to the floral, grassy sugar cane aroma is very delicate and complex with a known dry reed. Warm, soft and round, it is suitable for pure fun.
The rum St. James 7 years won the bronze medal Ministry of Agriculture of France 2012
