Excellent, soft, intense round.
Redemption Bourbon, distilled in Indiana USA with pre-prohibition systems, has been carefully crafted to bring out the classic flavors of the highest quality bourbon - a true reflection of the "Native American spirit".
In the 1700s and 1800s, boubon was the most popular distillate in America, and for good reason: wheat plantations were the most popular and a great whiskey was produced!
Redemption Bourbon is in fact created starting from a Mash Bill composed of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt.
With the arrival of prohibition and the closure of the distilleries, its popularity began to wane.
Today Redemption Barrel has decided to bring to light, give new life to these bourbons of the highest quality.
The average aging of 2.5 years is in new charred oak barrels.
Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume for a lighter drinking experience.
The award-winning Redemption whiskeys are produced in small batches for those who appreciate the past but with a future-oriented palate.
Tasting Notes:
Color: amber.
Aroma: Caramel nose, with a touch of spice and ripe banana.
Taste: Toffee on the palate dominated by hints of anise and black pepper.
The finish is soft and well balanced between the notes of corn and pepper, we advise you to combine Redemption Bourbon with excellent cigars such as Eiroa Asylum, a heavenly experience!
