Karukera is the ancient name used to call the island of Guadeloupe famous for its rums.
Rum Karukera Gold refers to the great tradition of aged rums of Guadeloupe.
Rum Karukera Gold characterized by a powerful but subtle taste, with a perfect sweet-rough mix that allowed it, immediately, to stand out within the range.
Rum Karukera Gold is distilled from fresh sugar cane, collected a few hours before to keep all the flavors intact.
Starting from the pure juice extracted from sugar cane, it ages for a period of several weeks in large wooden barrels of about 350 liters, to then be bottled.
Thanks to the experience of the Grégoire Hayot master blend, to the warm tropical climate, the refinement is rather rapid, with a consequent greater fineness in aromas and taste.
