Rum Arrangè & Spiced

Rum Arrangè is a traditional French alcoholic preparation, a rum in which various ingredients such as leaves or fruits macerate and ferment.

It is a specialty of La Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion and Madagascar.

It is traditional in the French and Reunion Caribbean to decorate traditional white rum with sliced or chopped fruit, or add vanilla or coffee.

While rums with the addition of spices originate in Hawaii, in the Pacific Ocean.

Molasses rum, English style to which substances and fragrances are added to make them more pleasant.

The most famous is Sailor Jerry, but in recent years, new Spiced Rums have been added to the original rum of Hawaiian surfers.
