Williams pear liqueur cognac

powerful, fragrant and sweet liqueur!

Irresistible as an aperitif

Grande Fine Champagne 1er cru de Cognac Peyrot

Inimitable Liquer Cognac au Poire Williams, is an aged Cognac liqueur flavored with Williams pear.

The Cognac is 100% Grande Fine Champagne 1er cru de Cognac by Francois Peyrot, aged in oak barrels for at least two years.

The Williams pear liqueur is obtained from the assemblage of aged Cognac with natural aroma of Williams pears and sugar syrup.

An irresistible delight both as a French aperitif (served very fresh or with crushed ice), as well as flambéed, both to flavor desserts, and as an end to dinner, perhaps in good company.

Fresh from the refrigerator pear cognac is the most suitable French cognac for hot summers ...

The pears, from the Black Forest region, are harvested in autumn when they reach full maturity and when their skins take on an amber-pink color. They are stored in the cold waiting to be used to produce the natural aroma, obtained by macerating the fruit in a small amount of Williams Pear distillate.

Through a rotary process, an extremely concentrated pear juice is extracted.

14 kilos of pears are required to produce a 70 cl Liqueur Poire au Cognac.

The liqueur is obtained from the assembly of Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne, natural flavor of Williams Pears, sugar syrup and distilled water.

The Cognac is exclusively produced by the Maison Peyrot, it ages in white oak barrels for a minimum of two years, from where the best aromas are extracted to obtain a harmonious Pere-Cognac mélange.

Several times awarded (Bronze Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London, Bronze Medal at the World Championships in Brussels) the François Peyrot productions are genuinely elaborated on the property and are distinguished by their great finesse and delicacy.

The amber color of this liqueur is due both to the Cognac and to the red color of the peel of the pears.
