The Hierbas Ibicencas herbal liqueur from the Mari Mayans distillery is a drink created from aromatic plants grown in the fields of the island and nearby Formentera, characterized by an excellent microclimate that generates particular levels of humidity and mineralisation.

Production goes through four main phases: distillation, boiling, infusion and finally maceration, to give life to a truly very fragrant nectar, not only to be used as a digestive, but also recommended for giving a spicy touch to your cocktails .
