Karukera is the ancient name used to call the island of Guadeloupe famous for its rums.
Rum Karukera blanc refers to the great tradition of 50-degree agricultural rums from Guadeloupe.
Rum Karukera blanc characterized by a powerful but subtle taste, with a perfect sweet-rough mix that allowed it, immediately, to stand out within the range of agricultural rums.
Rum Karukera blanc is distilled from fresh sugar cane, harvested at most a few hours before to keep all the flavors intact.
Starting from the pure juice extracted from the sugar cane, it rests for a period of several weeks in large steel drums and then bottled.
Thanks to the experience of the Grégoire Hayot master blend, to the warm tropical climate, the refinement is rather rapid, with a consequent greater fineness in aromas and taste.
