Vieux Labbè 10 years is a typical Haitian rum, produced by the Barbancourt family and aged in 227 liter French oak barrels, which give the liquid hints of fruit, caramel, honey and vanilla.
Rhum Barbancourt is an agricultural rum, that is produced in Haiti directly from the fermentation of fresh sugar cane juice and not from molasses.
The Berling Vieux Labbè rum is aged 10 years in Limousin oak barrels, in the cellars of the Domaine Barbancourt: it is in these barrels that its unique flavor develops, the result of the delicate dosage of the sun and the soil of Haiti.

This is the old version, Vieux Labbè is produced in memory of Labbè Barbancourt, great-grandfather of the current president of Berling SA Herbert Barbancourt Linge, Herbert Barbancourt Linge.

Aromas: with an intense aroma of walnut and tobacco, notes of dry leaves, ash and a characteristic sweetness of honey.
Taste: Full and elegant on the palate, very structured. The long finish reveals memories of dried fruit and pralines.
