The J.Bally distillery is based in Le Carbet on the island of Martinique and produces vintage agricultural rums only in the best vintages.

The founder of the distillery, Jacques Bally in 1917 was the first to have the idea of ​​refining his Ruhm in oak barrels.

This wood allows to give the distillate a wonderful amber color and a delicate round and balanced taste.
