Gin brusco is a 100% Italian gin, created to pay homage to a wonderful land like Puglia.

Brusco wants to represent one of the typical Apulian dishes but in liquid format, the Bruschetta.

A dish as poor as it is tasty and valuable if you use the finest products offered by the area.

A decisive and pungent gin with an intense and unmistakable aroma that contains all the Mediterranean scents of Puglia.

Created from soft cereal alcohol in which an infusion of juniper berries, oregano, Altamura bread, dried Apulian cherry tomatoes, olive leaves, coriander and angelica takes place.

The herbaceous and Mediterranean aroma of oregano prevails on the nose, blending with the more balsamic and resinous notes typical of juniper.

In the mouth the aromatic complexity increases considerably and the more saline notes donated by the Altamura bread open up, accompanied by the slight acidity and freshness of the tomato, with a herbaceous final note, given by the olive leaves, which envelops the palate with a persistent and clean.

An ambitious project, with unusual ingredients for a Gin, but which perfectly balanced lead to a unique and unmistakable result, a sip of Puglia in the glass.

Excellent to be tasted both pure and mixed, even throughout the meal in a Gin Tonic, given the organoleptic characteristics that go perfectly with traditional Mediterranean dishes.
