Classified as a historic monument, Château du Breuil, after having been completely restored by its new owner, has seen the dépendance, called "orangerie", turn into real cellars, which today house Calvados for the aging phase.

Obtained by first macerating and then fermenting the apple juice, the choice of the raw material is fundamental for the production of Calvados, because the quality of the distillate will depend on the apples.
