But what are Pure single rums?

Pure Single Rums are produced by a single distillery and "pot still" distillates, that is, with traditional discontinuous stills in artisanal productions.

We distinguish between these the Pure Single Rum, produced from molasses, and the Pure Single Agricole Rhum, produced starting from pure cane juice.
