The Nikka Gin Coffey is produced in Japan from the distillation of cereals with traditional Scottish Coffey alembic and Sansho pepper infusion and many Japanese citrus fruit.

The Gin Coffey Nikka is the innovative distillate produced in the Japanese distillery of Miyagiko: The gin intended to rewrite the history of gin in the world for its characteristics.
Born from the long experimentations of Japanese producers with the column stills Coffey, created in 1830 and imported from Scotland to Japan in 1963.
This alembic was for the production of soft, velvety and light whiskey, the vintage Nikka Coffey whiskeys sought after by passionate whiskey tasters.
Currently the Coffey alembic is used for the distillation of barley and maize for the production of gin.
In fact, thanks to the brilliant intuition of the master distiller Tadashi Sakuma, a filter for Gin's spices and botanicals has been added to the distiller.
The Nikkay Coffey Gin comes from 11 different botanicals, including Japanese citrus fruits such as Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shikuwasa, the Sansho pepper, apple juice and other traditional botanicals such as juniper, angelica, coriander, lemon peel and orange peel .
The unique column distillation practice, using the traditional Coffey alembic, contributes to the great softness and envelopment of the distillate.

Color: transparent, clear.
