    • Green Label 41 degree version of the famous rum produced by Capovilla in Maria Galante.

    • The best agricultural rum in the world according to Luca Gargano.

    • Pure Single Agricole Rum

From the genius and creativity of Master V.G. Capovilla comes the first noble agricultural rum.

Rhum Rhum Blanc PMG Agricole is produced on the island of Marie Galante, near Guadeloupe.

Rhum Rhum Blanc PMG is also the world's first Pure Single Agricole Rum, meaning it is double distilled in a copper pot still using a bain-marie and aged on-site for at least three years in steel barrels.

In 2005, a first still arrived on the French island of Marie Galante and was installed at the Bielle distillery.

In 2007, a second still was installed.

These two Müller stills, with a capacity of 300 and 1,200 liters, are heated using a bain-marie.

The fresh cane juice ferments slowly and for a long time in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

It is then distilled by Maestro Vittorio Gianni Capovilla, who allows the distillate to rest in steel barrels for over three years before bottling.

This is the Rhum Rhum Green Label version, reduced to 41% ABV. The reduction from 56% to 41% ABV is achieved with filtered and purified sky water.

The Rhum Rhum production, directed by Capovilla, has always created the best María Galante agricole rums, rich in aromas and with intense and persistent notes on the palate.

The attention to the raw material—the finest sugarcane, the ripest and sweetest—and the distillation process create an exceptional rum, produced in small quantities, and unfortunately, only a few bottles remain.

The best agricole rum in the world, according to experts and enthusiasts, has just been produced, and we recommend enjoying it neat with a splash of green lime zest essence.

    Tasting notes:

    Color: transparent.

Aromas: ample, airy. The sugarcane expresses itself with great delicacy. It proudly carries the aromatic palette. Its white fruits (peach, pear), red fruits (raspberry, cherry in alcohol), and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), along with its tertiary notes (light tar, leather, tobacco), dried fish, hay, and fresh ginger, are seductive and sensual.

Taste: Its fruity and almondy notes are reminiscent of a Fougerolles kirsch. Spices (star anise, clove, cinnamon) nourish the mid-palate. It evolves into citrus fruits (grapefruit, bergamot) and white flowers (lilac, lily of the valley). Vanilla-like, it oscillates between frangipani and dried fruit (pistachio, almond).

Finish: Long, unctuous. The fruit is candied, some even transformed into jam (cherry, strawberry). Geranium flowers and rose petals envelop the mineral notes (pencil lead, petroleum) with their scents.

The empty glass makes a good face for the apricot kernel and star anise.
