The selection of the star distiller Fulvio Piccinino is a novelty for the Bosso distillery.

From the profession of the passionate distiller, a pair of aged grappas is born deriving from Piedmontese red grape varieties, in Monferrato, mainly from Barbera, Malvasia, and Freisa grapes.

The refinement of La Bosso grappa Piemonte uve aromatiche botte n° 434 takes place in stainless steel containers for at least one year after distillation.

The aging is at least 2 years in 1800-liter oak barrels.

La Bosso grappa Piemonte uve aromatiche botte n° 434 is ethereal, soft, aromatic and complex, in perfect balance between the fruity aromas of the Malvasia marc and the first notes of aging.

The fresh marc is clearly perceived and reveals itself with persuasive aromas of rose and closes with intense sweet notes of vanilla, wildflower honey and Virginia pipe tobacco.

Finally, the tertiary notes with acacia honey and delicate touches of vanilla.

Excellent taste-olfactory correspondence with smooth tannins and a long fruity finish.

Bosso is a name that evokes a grappa of family tradition.

Tasting Notes:

View: It is a deep straw yellow.

Aromas: Hints of flowers, rose, vanilla with light floral notes with a hint of blond tobacco scent.

Taste: On the palate it is soft with tannins in evidence, a finish of dried fruit and sultanas.
