Nonino's Pirus is a first choice Williams pear brandy, aged two years in a Nerves oak single cask number 3268 and in a barrel with pear wood staves number 3439.

Nonino's pirus reserve 24 months is a limited edition of pear brandy, very special, very good but only 176 litres, 817 bottles in the world!

Intense, fresh with an inebriating scent of ripe Williams pears, softened by hints of oak and vanilla released from the barrel.

Fruit brandy produced according to the ancient tradition of the Nonino family.

It is obtained by distilling very characteristic fresh fruit to keep the aroma and flavor of the original fruit intact in the distillate.

Vacuum fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed immediately by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.

100% Discontinuous artisan distillation with the cutting of the heads and tails, in particular exclusive steam stills renewed by Benito Nonino for the distillation of fruit.

The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the perfumes, a correct evaporation and consequent condensation while keeping the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen fruit intact.

Limited production, strictly dependent on the vintage harvest.

Rest From 6 months to a year in stainless steel containers, then it is aged in oak barrels and pear barrels for two years.
