Rhum extra Vieux Agricole 2007 comes from a single small barrel of HSE rum aged 8 years.
This HSE rum is distilled in the Distillerie du Simon, Le Francois, Martinique in 2007 and bottled in 2015.
The rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice and aged in 55 liter French Limousine oak barrels.
The label shows the date of distillation and bottling as well as the bottle number.
The unusual aging in small 55-liter Limousin oak barrels gives the HSE “Small Cask” extra old rum an intense, rich and exceptional aromatic palette.
HSE 2007 small cask Rhum extra Vieux Agricole offers a new balance between power, aromatic intensity and roundness.
